FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL
Our facilities are approved and authorised with the required CEE health certificates which, combined with the fact that we are also certified by the IFS (International Food Standard), allows us to export our products further afield.
We have at our disposal our own Research Laboratory for studying processed foods, acknowledged and registered with the number 483 by the Department of Agriculture, Farming and Fishing of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
REGULAR CONTROLS I
Regular controls are carried out periodically on our facilities by the health authorities in order to check and verify all of our methods.
We follow a rigorous regime of constant checking and monitoring of all of our food processes providing traceability, which allows us to investigate any problems which may arise.
REGULAR CONTROLS II
We have HCCP (Control of Critical Points) throughout our production processes.
We do analytical controls for all of the products that we produce as a result of having accredited authorised external laboratories.
