OBJECTIVE.
The Person Responsible puts at the disposal of the users the present document, whose aim is the compliance of the stipulated by means of the current law in regards to data protection, and in the context of the new regulatory framework, established by virtue of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of the 27th April 2016, concerning the protection of natural or legal persons with regards to the treatment of personal data and to the free movement of this data (hereafter, the “RGPD”), and the national legislation in terms of data protection of a personal nature, as well as to inform all the users of the website of the conditions of use.
Every person who enters this website assumes the role of user, committing themselves to the observance and strict compliance of the established conditions, as well as any other legal disposition that may arise.
The Person Responsible reserves the right to modify any type of information which could appear on the website, without the obligation of having to warn or make known to the users about such obligations, understanding as sufficient the publication on the website of the Person Responsible.
